The School seeks to recruit a Professor of Human Resource Management (HRM) to join the Human Resource Management & Employment Relations Subject Group, where multi-disciplinary research spans the fields of human resource management, organizational behavior and employment relations. The successful candidate will be a distinguished scholar with an international profile in the field of human resource management.

The successful candidate will be expected to strengthen the Business School’s research capacity and will require a publication list that includes peer reviewed articles published in world-leading, relevant journals. The post holder must have a proven ability to initiate and lead research projects, together with a commitment to launching new ones.
