Experience of undertaking multiple established policy-related activities such as research and evidence production – evidenced by demonstrable impact on policy and/or practice.
Expertise in health and social care, or the ability to develop in one of these subject areas, relating to workforce, human resources, education and training, organisation or systems, or via professional practice.
Evidence of successful generation and delivery of external grant, contracts or other funding applications from major research funders and the administration.
Demonstrable commitment to and/or experience of working in fast-changing multi-disciplinary, multi-sectoral research and policy environments.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to develop and maintain good working relationships at all levels with a commitment to reducing inequalities.
